These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern (a) your access to and use of the Blu Candor Electrical website, www.blucandor.com, and related web pages (“Website”) and (b) any services, installations, maintenance, or sales of equipment (“Services”) offered by Blu Candor Electrical, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By using the Website, submitting a quote request, contacting us, or accepting a Service proposal, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Website Use License & Copyright
All content on the Website — including text, images, design, graphics, logos, page layout, and downloadable materials — is property of Blu Candor Electrical, LLC, or its licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may view, download, or print individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use — but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or otherwise use any Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Quotes, Estimates, and Proposal Disclaimer
Any quote, estimate, proposal, or price given via the Website or by Company is preliminary and non-binding, unless expressly confirmed in a signed agreement or invoice.
Final price and scope may vary due to site conditions, material availability, regulatory requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or changes requested by Client.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated.
5. Service Agreement & Acceptance
Services will be governed by a separate Service Agreement / Contract (work order) that references this Agreement.
By scheduling services, submitting a signed contract, or allowing our technicians to begin work, you accept and agree to the terms of that Service Agreement plus these Terms and Conditions.
For quote requests or contact-form submissions via the Website, we recommend including an affirmative acknowledgement (e.g., “I accept the Terms and Conditions”) prior to submission — it is your responsibility to ensure that the form includes such affirmation.
Payment Terms, Invoices & Cancellation
Payment terms, deposit amounts, final payment schedule, and accepted payment methods will be specified in the Service Agreement / Contract.
If Client cancels services after acceptance or after work has begun, fees may apply (including materials, labor, travel time, restocking fees).
If Client fails to pay by the due date, Blu Candor Electrical, LLC may suspend further work, reclaim materials, or pursue other remedies as permitted by law.
7. Warranties, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Blu Candor Electrical, LLC provides Services and sells equipment “as-is,” except as explicitly stated in the Service Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Blu Candor Electrical, LLC disclaims all other warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Blu Candor Electrical, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of use, or property damage resulting from Services, Website use, installation, equipment failure, or otherwise.
Client acknowledges that electrical work, generator installation, and related services carry inherent risks. Client agrees to follow safety instructions, local codes, and to disclose accurate site and property information.
8. Service Limitations & Client Responsibilities
Client must secure any required permits, approvals, or homeowner’s association permissions before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client must ensure safe and adequate access to site, clear workspace, and disclosure of any potential hazards (e.g., wiring issues, structural issues, equipment obstructions, environmental hazards).
Blu Candor Electrical, LLC reserves the right to refuse or suspend work if site conditions are unsafe or do not comply with applicable codes or regulations.
9. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blu Candor Electrical, LLC and its agents, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from Client’s negligence, breach of contract, inaccurate information, failure to obtain required permits, or failure to comply with safety or access requirements.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement or related Service Agreement shall first be addressed via good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, parties may pursue mediation or other legal remedies as allowed under Texas law.
11. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
Blu Candor Electrical, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective as of the “Effective Date” shown.
Continued use of the Website or acceptance of Services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
12. Privacy & Data Collection / Contact Forms
Any personal or contact information you provide via www.BluCandor.com (e.g., name, address, phone, email, property address) will be used solely for providing quotes, customer service, follow-up communications, and scheduling. Please see Privacy Policy for additional information.
13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
